Introducing All Projects View, Split and more

👋 Hello, We have a bunch of new product updates for you. Ready?

All Projects View

One of the most common requests alongside the “People” view was for a ”Projects” view. And guess what? It's officially ready today in read/write mode.

As one Hellotime user from Brazil brilliantly put it, there are two ways to approach planning: defensively, focusing on optimizing each person's workload, or offensively, strategically assembling the right mix of people for a specific project.

Today, you can do both with Projects View. And more is on the way, like the ability to drag and drop projects.

Our roadmap

In these weeks, we've also been working on numerous under-the-hood improvements and bug fixes. I'm sure nobody wants to read this long list, so we'll skip ahead.

More importantly, we’re ready to share some key activities that we'd like to focus on. Here's a draft version of our roadmap. Given the early stage we're in, priorities might shift, so please consider it indicative. If there's anything you'd like Hellotime to do, let us know. We respond to every message.

The Agile Studio Playbook

Over these past months of chatting with other agencies to shape Hellotime, our talks often drifted towards exploring fresh ways to enhance client collaboration. It's pretty clear that there's a widespread agreement on the importance of figuring out how agile practices and contracts can spice up the client-supplier dynamic for digital projects.

Out of this awareness, we've cooked up The Agile Studio Playbook, drawing from our 12 years of experience with Moze. It's our gift to everyone, absolutely free to dive into. Enjoy!
