What is Hellotime?

Hellotime is a web application that allows you to plan people's time on projects.

Who is it for?

It's designed for agencies and consultants who need to plan projects for clients. We are a company of this kind, and Hellotime helps us know when projects will be completed, when we can take on new ones, and how much time we are taking compared to our estimates.

What isn't Hellotime?

It's not a personal productivity or project management tool. It's not a time tracking, billing, or HR tool. There are excellent specialized solutions for these problems, and we don't like the idea of an all-in-one tool.

What makes it different?

There are already resource planning applications out there. But, to be honest, they have never convinced us. Complicated setups, unnecessary features, terrible UX. With Hellotime, we focus on one feature, done well: the timeline. Hellotime is simple, fast and clean. We've designed the user interface from scratch, using today's technological tools. Smooth infinite scrolling without interruptions, a simple and clean interface.

How much does it cost?

Hellotime is currently free during beta.

How do I invite other users to access my workspace?

Once you've added a person to the team, you can invite them to the workspace using a valid email address.

Is my data safe?

The data is located in Europe and is encrypted during both transit and when at rest. For user authentication, we employ Google's secure technology, Firebase Authentication, which operates in the USA to provide enhanced security capabilities through Google's higher standards and certifications of compliance.
